What is dropshipping?
Dropshipping can be described as business style in which manufacturing, packaging and delivery is in the hands of suppliers. Ordering is done through the business, online store. The store then places the order with the dropshipping supplier and the product is then shipped to the client’s location.
When will my order be shipped?
This depends on the the dropsshipping supplier. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after we have placed the order.
When will I receive my order?
Your order is shipped by a local shipping company service. It may take between 10-30 days depending on the country of the supplier. US- shipments can reach local depot within 10-14 days. International (China- Europe) shipments may take between 30-45 days). You will be updated about the shipping process regularly via email, so you can track the shipment. Once the product has arrived, it will be picked up and you will be contacted to arrange a pickup or delivery of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders vcan be canceled within 24 hours afetr placing your order. If 24 hours have passed it’s no longer possible to cancell the order, due to shipment and shipping costs already paid.
